In this way, the advisory process responds to the increasing need for companies to become more climate-resilient in terms of infrastructure, production and personnel. <\/p><p>In the KLIMA.PROFIT NRW project, missing aspects were added to the advisory process that had already been designed in advance and tested extensively in <strong>14 pilot companies<\/strong> in NRW. Based on these results, the process was optimized and further developed for later practical use.
