With a state-wide <strong>heat action plan (HAP)<\/strong>, Thuringia is pursuing the goal of protecting the population and, in particular, the most vulnerable population groups from the dangers of increasing heat events. <\/p><p>By means of an extensive <strong>participation process<\/strong> and with scientific and analytical expertise, a strategic framework for action for heat prevention is being developed with the HAP.
