KLIMA.PILOT is a web-based climate data dashboard for local governments that provides access to temperature data and a heat stress index for all 400 districts and independent cities in Germany, directly in the browser and without requiring any GIS knowledge.
KLIMA.PILOT provides a data-driven foundation for climate adaptation strategies, grant applications, and municipal planning processes. The data is updated annually, and planned expansions include indicators for heavy rainfall, drought, and flooding, as well as socioeconomic data.
