Budapest Within the scope of the project "Dialogue Climate Adaptation: Berlin - Budapest", the administration of the IXth District in Budapest was actively advised on the preparation of an exemplary and practice-oriented climate adaptation concept during the last two years. For this purpose, EPC cooperated with TU Berlin as well as the Hungarian partners Energiaklub and Organic Communications Kft. in the project funded by the Advisory Assistance Program (AAP) of the Federal Ministry for the Environment. Changes to the EPC-team EPC is happy to have welcomed new members to the team. With the increasing number of projects, we could recruit our second, experienced and innovative graphic designer Ortha Dittmann. She supports all graphical tasks for online and offline media. EPC is taking a step towards becoming climate neutral Commencing January 2020, all EPC employees will be traveling climate friendly, and even climate neutral for EU-projects. This means that all CO2-emissions from air travel are going to be calculated and compensated, using the online service of PRIMAKLIMA.For national projects, EPC continues to refrain from flying. For long-distance journeys within Germany, EPC employees will keep using the services of Deutsche Bahn which powers its long-distance transportation with green electricity since 2018.
